I passed the offshore session in 30th of October and what I read was:
High Yeild for Psychiatry
Kaplan series for Medicine ,Paediatrics and surgery
Lecture notes on Ob.Gynm for Ob.Gyn
I felt thses books when combined with staying in contace with the forum and solving some recalls would be fairly OK.
Now guys I need lots of help with my clinical preparation,so PLLSSSSSSS!!!Give me your suggestions!!!

After completing AMC 1 and 2 with that supervised training which basically comprise three years( one year +two years of general training), Can one apply for PR status or is it possible to get it without completing that supervised training period. since PR status does seem to give you an edge!. I have done five years of post fellowship( specialization) training in my country, will it give me any advantage in getting exemptions ,i mean more then that just one year of supervised training exemption you talked of earlier. I don't want to follow that specialist assessment programme as that seems beyond reach of my pocket while being at my own place. So i plan to do Amc first and then apply for all those series of exemptions to which i will have become entitled to. What do you say!
Besides it will be nice of you if you could shed some light on current status of jobs in Australia both in general and specialist cadre. Last bits of information i could gather from various posts and threads on this forum are too old to really depend upon. Views are really conflicting as of late some ppl have been portraying very gloomy picture in Australia in terms of saturation. I wonder if we ,all , can have the latest possible scenario.
Last some thing personal if you allow, do you think Australia less difficult or saturated as compared to Australia or is there some other reason for you to decide for AMC . Actually i am also puzzled about it as against USMLE . In your personal experience , Do you find asutralia by and large more accomodating. This question becomes very valid for those who have limited resources and even number of years left

to invest one way or other.
I'll really appreciate your help.
