Vis a vis Screening tests and its merits as a valid measure of competence... NO! I do not believe its fair. Its like making A levels of England give our entrance exams. They would be slaughtered for sure, would that make them bad students at engineering and medicine!???

You really have to get over Indian social mentality which says you are worthless because you could'nt pass the entrance exams like Mr.XYZ's son It just means you were unprepared for it. Without proper preparation you cant pass, pure and simple. Doesnt change because of Red and Blue diploms either.

Ah well, all this again. I am pretty sure you have a lot of venom to spew. Not sure why. You are so totally insecure about any doctor, do avoid them. There are 1000's of doctors in India. Just dont go around rabble rousing on how all Russian doctors are incompetent. Dont worry, only the fittest will survive. Those empty headed doctors will either learn or perish because i assure, if the patients family thins he is incompetent its bye bye in society!

NO there is no free PG for Krasnei Diplom...In India everyone has to appear for the PG exam...even IMGs
