Hi, I'm a South African graduate who has specialised in anaesthetics, also in South Africa. I have also successfully completed the FANZCA OTS exam and supervision period.

Could anyone tell me whether I am now expected to do the AMC exam too (which would make no sense at all)?

Ur credentials sounds gr8! U don't need/nor r expected to do AMC exams after u got ur specialty exams! Its like appearing for Medical graduation exam again after u finish ur specialization! U did very well mate, its time for u lay back & enjoy ur time now-forget abt all this crap!
