For ur 1st questn .
Triple assessment is not at all necessary to diagnose fibroadenoma

2nd ques :
Inflamm Ca in premenopausal women , irresp of nodal status or ER status , treatment is MRM +combination chemotherapy ( CMF regimen )

For Postmeno women , with N + , ER + tamoxifen + or - Combination chemotherapy . If N+ ER - Combination chemo alone is sufficient
