there is a book called "Mastering MRCS part 2" . it has EMQs(extended match questions) in the same pattern as the exam . it is very useful. i went through it twice and was able to clear the xam in one shot. the same worked with a couple of friends as well. very easy 2 read . u can finish it in 1 week to 10 days time. best read jus before the xam.
