I have an idea as me also not having much knowledge about there torrents or .chm file pls send it via email. We can create one common gmail account and write its password here in forum. Then one of who has the file send/upload it to that common gmail like this whoso ever wants it can download it from that account. What you guys say

guys first of all they will deleate any email addy u post on here or try to send by mail. secondly it will take atleast a few hours to attach 166mb to the mail which i think is not possible anyway coz i think there is a100mb limit on how much u can attach ( not ttly sure) ok abt chm and stuff , i am no expert so i dont know wht it is, i personally dint have any problems expect that it took abt 5 hours to download.

and guys seriously dont worry, i have both 15th and 16th and they are both gathering dust. i dont think readin the 17th is goin to make any difference. if u have started with the 16th stik to it.

dear friends , chm is a microsoft help file, which can easily be opened on any comp with windows.

download it from any torrent site using utorrent client: which is a torrent downloading software.

frankly speaking it has no charm of a book and is not a printer friendly version . i even convered it to pdf file which turned out to be a whopping 430 mb file so adobe player starts to ^*&^*.,
so i may buy the real book after wasting so many hours on downloading it and converting it.

on second thoughts it may not be worth it for hardly 5 new questions which more than 95% morons wont answer or will bluff.

I agree with jasmeet, only on the print quality issue. Otherwise, my take on this soft version of Harrison's 17th:

1. If you have it, read it. why to read the past version...
2. Definitely new managements are discussed. It has a definite advantage.
3. Its benefit over hard copy: You can simply copy the important point in a word file and save it for ready reckoning before the exam. Saves a lot of time. Also, this version is searchable (u don't have turn pages of the book to find all the places where your key word is mentioned.). You simply have to type a word, for example melphalan.... It will open all the pages where it is mentioed and you can pick up the answer to your query, along with additonal points and copy it. Saves a huge amount of time.
4. You can copy the important tables and take a print out of all the tables, if required, and read them at any place you like...may in bus, in metro, on way to your work place, while watching TV or in the loo....

Regarding the dowloading, I had sent the link to rohitbhoil on email. Its simple to download and easy to open. Torrent is freely available on net.

Smile all the way while having this new experience of reading Harrison's. You will love it.
