As far as i am concerned i am getting better performance with firefox 3.
* The new location bar(which drops down search results as we type) is very useful.
* The new tagging feature of the bookmarks is also great.
* Another new security feature i like is: We cannot download n install add-ons from sites which doesnt provide secure updates. This was a security loophole in firefox 2.
* The page loading speed has also improved.

after using it for few days this is what i ve noticed

---hangs
---slow
---slow to close
---takes time to clear cookies


any ways firefox is better than i e

These problems happens due to the incompatibilities with the various 3rd party add-ons.
A fresh firefox (new firefox profile:

I am also having frequent crashes with the Add-on loaded FF3.
So i've been using a fresh profile with no add-ons.
So far it has been very stable with no crashes.

IT IS THE best browser i have used till date.Far better that the conventional internet explorer. Start using it (even with add ons) right now!

And for those who say that it is slow/crashes blah blah. It is time to upgrade the configuration of your system. Because if firefox is slow, then i wonder what is IE 7 for you. Never mind
