Child h/o fall. Pain lumbar region with ecchymoses, gross hematuria. Renal CT shows peri renal hematoma. Child stable renal pedicle normal. Management?
a) surgical repair
b) close monitoring in ICU
c) catheterize and rest for 7-10 days
d) send home

why to admit he is stable and the pedicle is normal ; I think it is rest c

C but not ICU? why ICU ,do not send home, or sugery,
above these blood in meatus if it was mentioned catheterization is not appropriate.!!

it should be conservative treatment ,bed rst analgesia & antibx .catheterization is contraindicated if u see blood at the meatus .....sooo if C no catheterization.
