hey i hate all the options here.

motor to vocal cords would be,
recurrent laryngeal to all except cricothyroid
external laryngeal to cricothyroid

sensory to larnv would be,
recurr laryngeal below cord
internal laryngeal above vocal cords

superior laryngeal divides to int and ext laryngeal

inferior laryngeal is another name for recurrent laryngeal

nerve supplY:

Superior Laryngeal nerve:
(1) internal branch: sensory to upper 1/2 of the larynx
(2) external branch: motor to the cricothyroid muscle

Recurrent laryngeal nerve:
(1) right RLN: winds around the subclavian artery
(2) left RLN: descends to the chest to wind around aortic arch
sensory: lower 1/2 of the larynx
motor : all intrinsic muscles except cricothryroid. [/quote]
