i request some experience member to comment upon what option will i v at rank24 in may AIIMS ,i think i won't get medicine even in 2nd counselling,wht othr choices will i hv?will this AIIMS preferential concept affect me?

my score must hv been around 69%.
i think rank 10 must hv got~71%,topper around75%

my friend who was getting around 60% got rank284 in genral(ST rank1)

hi guys, i attended the AIIMS counselling last time as my friend had got selected...
rank 11 took medicine
surgery was available at rank 32
and then MCh neuro went at rank 60!!!! dont know why
ENT optho usually are available upto 40
orthopaedics pediatrics got over in top 10
this is nov AIIMS as the seats were slightly more
exactly nothing can be said as choice depensd on the individual who has got a rank
