What does credentialing involve? I have got an AON job offer and have to proceed with the credentialling. How much is the fees of the specialist college and what is the process? Does one have to undergo an interview by the specialist college? If so how does the interview go? Shall be grateful for any information regarding this process

Thanks for the information..
I am graduate from India(2007),
I have been working in the dept. of gen. medicine from past 6mths as Junior Resident..
Probably I ll give my IELTS
next month.
I have given my USMLE
step 1 n step 2 CK..
Heard that they are making it compulsary for IMGs to take AMC MCQ exam for workig even in AON.. are there any alternate ways to go to Oz.. n start working?
or is is compulsary that I have to give AMC 1?
Kindly help me please..
