in post-polio residual paralysis of lower limb when iliotibial tract contracture results in -

1.extension at the hip
2.flexion at the knee.
3.flexion at the hip
4.flexion at the hip&the knee.

hi ..the 4th option ..flexion at hip and knee is the answer ...theres flexion abduction and external rotation of the hip and triple deformity at the knee...flexion ,posterior subluxation of tibia and external rotation of tibia

regarding the 1st question, if lateral condylar fracture --> cubitus valgus deformity
medial condylar fracture--> cubitus varus deformity

u plz tell me the different types of sequestrum & conditions in which they r found.
--> wow seuqstrum have how many type? all i know that it is only the dead bone


types of callus & conditions in which they r seen ?
all i know actually the are fracture by callus formation and without callus formation which is when there is rigid fixation
