COMPLETELY ERASE A FILE FROM UR PC

FILE SHREDDER

With File Shredder you can remove files from your hard drive without fear they could be recovered. There are quite a few software tools today for retrieval of deleted files under Windows OS. Those tools, often referred to as "file recovery" software, are taking advantage of shortcoming of WIndows "delete" command that we all use regularly to delete files. Actually, the "delete" operation in Windows only removes bits of information from files so they appear deleted in OS. It is easy to retrieve those files using aforementioned specialized file recovery software.

JUST GOOGLE WITH THE KEYWORD "File Shredder" TO GET IT.

Sorry soldier, I will not agree with them (file shredder)....Deleting files from hard drive is not easy; it takes time and expertise in the field.

File shredder will not remove files from hard disk completely.

Do you want to see for yourself …..Do the below.

After using file shredder, Download “evidence eliminator”( trail version) > run and see > you will be amazed. It will show files that were removed even years ago. There is an option to completely remove data in “evidence eliminator”, they claim it defeats Forensic softwares…(ex: encase, FRED). But, still there is remote chance of recovering files from disk (not movies or MP3 s but, documents etc)

Yup i agree. After all these softwares are freewares and i am not expecting them to beat Expert Forensic Softwares.
They just make their retrieval more difficult thats all.

Just now Recuva helped me to recover 6 files which i deleted by mistake from my desktop.

I am 100% sure that this program will help you to bring back ANY file from your PC if you this tool immediately after deletion. You just need to do a scan of your drive & use the "Find" option wisely(by adding a part of file name, like .exe/.jpg/.mpg in it)

if u use a FAT32 partition, u gotta understand how it works.
there are two levels, a FAT1 and a FAT2.the longer a file remains in a drive, the more are its chances of being written into the FAT2 level.

i use getdataback to get stuff back from my hdds. even after formatting the drive. and deleting the partitions.

but as BGM said, theres always a chance of corruption of recovered files, the more u use that particular drive.

Recuva is wonderful .... icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gif icon_smile.gif i recovered a big movie file after days of deletion but i was careful not to delete some more files that may overwrite this deleted one ....but still there is always a chance of these deleted files being overwritten by the temp files generated by windows .... when i really recovered a file of 700+ mb size i was really astonished and wondered how many important files could be recovered .

good work bgm....
