thats bad in fact..
it ll lengthen the process
if u have to get an approval and then start

it may take a long time

also u cant present unless u Register!!and only those ll b of any consequence..

sounds difficult process

Dont think it will affect AIOS and regional conferences but will channelize clincal studies.
Many are cooked up in the last minute .......just to be presented at AIOS...so real research will happen.
Approval ...not from registry but from ur own institute ethics committee board.To publish u MUST Register FIRST before u start a study
