inability to feed is am important criteria for any sick child indicating the severity of disease. Answer is for sure D. Also I am not sure that absence or presence of creps make any difference. Somebody has said that the absemce of creps is important. As far as I know its the absence of rhonchi which indicates severity in bronchial asthma, as it shows that there is not enough airflow to cause a rhonchi. I have not come across anyhting similar regarding creps in pneumonia. Can somebody give the reference?

Presence of extensive crepitations does not make it a serious disease, inability to feed, distress and s/o hypoxia do.
