hi!AACHAR SANHITA is the code of conduct before the elections.it comes into action 90 days before the elections.it is expectedly to start in aug end or sep but i'm not too sure.IF U PEOPLE WANT TO DO SOMETHING,THEN LET ME TEL U THAT TIMES SHORT.ACT FAST.i m not involved in all this directly as i am not an aspirant of pg.i'm a second year pg n my juniors have not come.what ever u guys do,now is th time to pool in all ur efforts n generate the max force.
ONE OF U CAN ALSO FILE A CASE LIKE IN Maharashtra SAYING THAT U WANT TO PICK UP THE SEAT BY FILLING AN UNDERTAKING THAT SAYS THAT U R OPTING FOR THE SEAT AT UR OWN RISK.Maharashtra COURT GAVE THEM PERMISSION.AND ALSO TO HOLD THE COUNSELLING IN ALL INDIA 2ND N 3RD COUNSELLING PATTERN.THAT WUD B THE BEST FOR EVERYBODY

ONE MD MEDICINE SEAT OF JABALPUR WAS OPTED FOR THRU ALL INDIA BUT NOW THAT GUY HAS LEFT IT N JOINED SOMEWHERE ELSE.THIS CAN ALSO B INCLUDED IN THE THIRD COUNSELLING IF IT TAKES PLACE.THERE WUD B OTHER SEATS LIKE THIS TOO.GUYS WHO WANT THE THIRD COUNSELLING TO TAKE PLACE,WAKE UP.USE THIS INFO ALSO IN COURT IF POSSIBLE.

hii latest news is that there is next hearing in high court on 4 o f august becos chief justice on vacation . only hope is now is govt itself . i heared from someone that mp juda will go on strike from monday for various demands including that unrecognised seat should be fulfilled . lets hope for the best my 2 cases i think will be decided up to 10 th of august then if judge ments r positive then we move 2 supreme court for date extension . lets pray godddddddddddddddddddd

hey folks. one dmrd seat has been vacated by one of my senior at bhopal. all court case ppl take note that 2 ppl doing ms gen surg at indore have left their seats. these 3 seats plus jabalpur md medicine should be undertaken for counselling.
