Hi,
First of all let me confirm if you want to buy bluetooth dongle (to connect phone to pc) or a bluetooth headset (to call and listen music wirelessly)
in case you are buying any one of these, its best to buy from local trusted store instead of buying online. Coz you can check the quality and make a decision.
If you want blue tooth dongle, go for "bluesoleil usb 2.0" it will be easiest to config and use. It ll cost hardly 10% of your budget (i.e. 200-250rs)
If going for headset, lots of known/unknown company available check quality and buy, it ll be around 1500rs.
