I can understand that we can do MMSE in 10 min....but do they also ask to do MSE (mental state examination) as well.... in CE1 and Q2.

Do anyone has any such experiance... if yes then hwo to organize ourselves for it.

When you do psychiatric examination of a patient eg pt with memory problems , it is always easy to divide in two components MSE and MMSE . At the end of your MSE , you have the cognitive assessment. In the exam situation , you can always say , after doing the MSE , I will also do a full cognitive examination including MMSE. OR , you can tell the examiner , I will get an occupational therapist to do a full MOCCA scale. This is the Canadian version of MMSE. Many clinicians prefer this as it has got a good predictive validity. If they ask you to do a MMSE then , I suppose we have no other option.
