Read the replies in the section.I think you guys doing a great job.I am doing my internship at the moment and along with that I have picked up a research job.I already have 6 months experience in that and will end up with around 10 months experience overall.I am plannin on taking GMAT in Jan.
Is 10 months of work experience enough or do I need more??
One more thing.Should I go in for a 1 year MBA or a 2 year one??Which one is better???

sorry for the late reply ....
well lets take ur queries separately
1) Experience
it all depends upon the institute where you are applying
most of the foreign univ. are very demanding in terms of exp. A decent exp. of more than 2 years is considered good, whereas most of the indian B-Schools take freshers as well as experienced.Here i would like to point that most of the schools consider only full time paying jobs after the study period i.e. after intern is completed.
2) 1 year vs 2year
this is also related to experience
while 2 year MBA is open to all but 1 year MBA is for the ppl who have a decent experience in their respective field... here the desired period of experience varies from school to school. IIMs demand exp more than 6 years whereas for XLRI you should have exp of 5 years. for SP Jain and ISB you should have exp. of 2 years.
