ok. u'll hear from them soon.
i am from Bihar ( 'b' comes early in alphabet, so i got it earlier, maybe) where r u from?

approval/selection letter was the one one they sent when we submitted application and they selected our projects.
the letter that is due is 'certificate' which will prove that i completed the project.
