1)It,s about scholarship,my economical condition is not very good,so I’m looking for universities which r good in reputation also which wil provide scholarships….u already h’ve sent a list of univ. with their rankings…but could u please short list those univ. which wil fulfil above criteria……..(please prioritize)
2)what r the chances of getting scholarship in 2nd yr?(I read someones thread saying 95% of students get scholarship in 2nd yr????.....is that true????)
3)Now reg. concentrations offered in MPH…..i’m waiting for ur response with the univ. with their best courses(concentration)……
4)Any idea how much is the total cost of edu with and without scholarship from an avg to good uni.?

Generally, there is an inverse relation between the reputation of the university and the availability of scholarship, especially true because of the fact that the better the university, more the competition for scholarships. Still, I've tried to prioritize below as you have requested.
Chances of getting scholarships really depend on your performance and GPA in the first year , the level of interest you take in your work and the rapport you develop with the professors. I really don't know about that figure of 95% you have quoted. I seriously doubt it. Lately, it has been noticed that Indian docs are at a disadvantage when it comes to scholarships because their seniors have left a track record of dropping out of the programs midway to pursue their MLE plans, leaving a not-so-good impression on the professors.
I tried to search for an objective method to find out about the best concentrations in each university, but failed to find specific details. Most of what I found is hearsay and reports from previous students, which has a high probability of being biased. Still I'll post what I find.
Average cost (excluding living costs) without scholarship or any other form of Financial aid can range from 21000$ per year to 46000$ per year. Most MPH programs are of two years duration.
