Recently I had the priviledge to peer review a ICRI summer scholarship research done by a certain undergrad doc in a reputed university. She had acquired all the permissions and the ICRI summer scholarship. Needless to say, the research was baseless. It had all the calculations and statistics, but most of them were wrong and the conclusion was void.
I dont understand how ICRI hands out summer scholarships or approvals to such researches.
