The Banaras Hindu University will conduct Admission test on All India Basis at Varanasi on Sunday the 27th June 2004 at 9.00 a.m. for admission to (1) M.Ch. Paediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Urology and Neurosurgery (2) D.M. Nephrology and Cardiology and (3) M.D.S. (Prosthodontics and Operative Dentistry). All these subjects have one seat each under Residency programme. In D.M. and M.Ch. courses sponsored category of candidates will also be admitted.

Eligibility: For D.M./M.Ch. courses the candidates must have passed BDS Degree and have completed one year Compulsory Rotating Internship by 31st May 2004.

The [no ads please] of application form and information leaflet will start from 14th April 2004. The same can be purchased in person from Institute’s counter by submitting a Demand Draft of Rs.1000/- till 20th May 2004. Application form and information leaflet can also be obtained by post by submitting a request letter, self addressed envelope (25 x 16 cm) along with DD of Rs 1050 till 14th May 2004. The Demand Draft should be in favour of “The Director, IMS, BHU Varanasi” payble at Varanasi. The Envelope must be superscribed “REQUEST FOR APPLICATION FOR DM /MCh AND MDS-AUGUST 2004”. Application form with all enclosures should reach the office by Friday, 28th May 2004.
