the orange book is my personal fav....
if you have no idea abt psych...it will be a good idea of going thru the psyachiatry pages in the OHCS....then go to the orange book(the maudsley handbook of practical psychaitry)....
then move on to the oxford shorter textbook

i dont know what you mean by a compresnsive cover...you will need to know more practical things than theory to face the interview successfully....
have posted a list of quest on another thread...c if it is of help.
