coz Glue ear may make the drum yellow or even darker than normal, grey-blue..
BUT it is "characteristic" of Cholesterol Granuloma |

3 Questions in GT86 where the key and explaination dont match. they hav explained it correctly but given worng key. eg Pulsatile Tumor expln is for osteosarcoma but ans osteoclastoma.

Ref harrison 17th edition ' no additional benefit of acyclovir 400*qid plus prednisone as compared to prednisone alone'.. CAN ANYONE HAVING HARRISON'S 17TH EDITION PLEASE CONFIRM THIS..

Q169 hyluronic acid is found in.. Vitreous humor, synovial fluid.. Ans given is vitreous humor but its also found in synovial fluid.. Secreted by typeb synovial cells it gives the fluid its thixotropic property..

Hey q.168 is correct. Aa has given ' UNIFORM' separation of collagen fibrils, whereas if widely spaced like in corneal edema, transparecy wud be lost. Compare the two Mcq both in aa n bhatia very closely.

The bells palsy answer is bhatia is also correct. I chekd harri. No use of acyclovir in Rx. So, if the same question repeats in exam with options
A. Steroid
B. Steroid wid acyclovir
C. Steroid wid vitamin b.
Best option wud be a. Steroid as per harri. No mention of adding vitamin b in harri.
