Ans is Long Head of biceps which lies in the bicipital groove flanked on both sides by the two tubercles. The tendon is inserted on to the supraglenoid tubercle
Also the LADY BETWEEN TWO MAJOR stands for
Latissimus dorsi in the bicipital groove
Pect. Major on the lateral lip of the groove
Teres major on the medial lip of the groove.
