it shd be D&C,as age factor+ nulliparity ,both are in favour of Ca Endometrium, also,D&C done is both diagnostic aid and therapeutic measure.

the answer is ocp. remember the px is nullipara.
If ocp failed then D&C. mgt. change if the px is multipara.

in multipara it wud be medroxy first( i m dam sure)
if all other parameters remain same...
then why in a nullipar we will subject the person to dilatation n cureettage. directly.........
think conservatively.....

its D&C
if u check out treatment of polymenorrhoea in shaws it says we give cyclical hormone therapy if no cause is identified.
so to find a cause we have 2 do D&C esp. coz this lady is perimenopausal
according to Gynae dutta one of the causes of polymenorrhoea is classified as DUB.now in a case OF perimenopausal its mandatory to do D&C before deciding on course of treatment.its an investigation but management means investigation+treatment

it is said that polymenorrhea usualy presents near menarche or menopause when hormone axis is disturbed .considering this fact I think first trial of OCPs is fine for treatment
