could u plz tell me if overseas experience is considered for sitting paces?

MRCP website mentions 2 and a half yr exp as sho but they have not mentioned whether overseas exp is valid or not................

i have done my 3 years of DNB family medicine and worked as a medical resident for a year can i show these years of exp for taking the MRCP exam?
