C. Inability to feed
D. Extensive crepitations on chest auscultations

the abscence of the crepitions is more imp. than its prescence..when the evidence of their prescence previously is there................it indicates that child has fatigued himself by the work of breathing.....even subcostal recession and chest indrawing may b absent...this should not lead to an erraneous exclusion of pneumonia in a child when other mentioned signs are present.
