hello sarah...

I'm new to this forum,but heard a lot about u by my senior Salim Naik.he is really a nice and helping guy just like you.
I've completed my Master of surgery last week in India.I passed my MRCS part 1 in Jan 2004 and took part 2 in sept'2004.
It's true that there r no informations available regarding the syllabus and its passing marks.
At the time of prat 1 we studied according to the old pattern...as same syllabus was given to us but that was supposed to be the Anatomy paper.
I think we were fortunate enough to got thru'.
i wud be very glad if u discuss about the MRCS thur' this forum.

Dear Brothers,

I am so happy by talking to all of u who r doing MRCS
I am a Urologist (Urology resident) and thinking about FRCS in Urology but I heared that i have to do MRCS 1st b4 FRCS
May u help me and tell me what I have do exactly and if i need to take MRCS how much time of studying i need to and how many hours per day for 1st part
And when can I do 2nd part after compeleting my 1st part and Do u I need to prove that I am working in (General Surgery branch) and in which Hospitals I should have my experience
Last question, ABOUT FRCS how much time I need to have experience between MRCS and Frcs
Anyone can do Frcs without taking MRCS

sara - ur advice is good! i think it is right! i use onexamination to help - i past - my 1st go i fail but i use onexam and it was gud- many question and gud topic like in exam - god bless you all!
