Hey, single Barr body may be seen in any of the options except option c.

Barr body is formed by Lyonisation(inactivation of X chromosome). Cells are capable of inactivating but one X chromosome. So, it might occur in case of a female Down. Anyone agrees???

down's syndrome is an trisomy of chromsome 21 which is a somatic chromosome and not a sex chromosome.
