b.tibia
c.humerus
d.vertebral column


well most common tumor in bone is secondaries- and most common site for that is vertebra. but answer given is femur.

is femur the most common site for primary bone tumor?

Considering that Multiple myeloma of bones is one of the commonest bone tumors...and that it affects the axial skeleton most often..and adding it to your priorly mentioned information about secondaries...i think vertebral column should be the commonest site.
Runners up-femur(osteosarcoma)
thats what i think anyway.

the ques says commonest site of bone tumour (it doesnt mention the word secondary) so i guess it refers 2 primary bone tumours & the answer is distal femur followed by proximal tibia
