I never said that it was pathognomic. Only the first thing one must consider .

In meaning old persons the people I am referring to post menopausal age. Dye from food is not hematuria but change in color of the urine. Furthermore, AGn is more in younger than older individuals. Renal Ca? maybe

Post IDC is already painful.
