On barium swallow, achalsaia cardia appears as:

A Corkscrew appearance
B Generalised constriction
C Generalised dilatation
D Rat tail appearance

Rat tail appearance is char of CA-oesophagus..while corkscrew is char of barrets..so i would go for generalised dilatation..do u agree?
the char birdbeak appearance of achalasia cardia does not feature in this question! icon_lol.gif
