well i got ur point regarding interview
today was my interview ...
they called approx 300 docs for 93 posts in open gen category.
as u said it is reduced from 5 to 3 years but was not it the other way round
sir ..i got the pgims rohtak pg entrance prospectus 2006..in which they have mentioned that we are eligible for service quota in pgims after 5 yrs only according to a new policy of Haryana policy
kindly clarify that please
as i am little confused

I have the cutting of the paper in which OSD to Chief Minister is saying that the bill has passed for change from 5 to 3 years and one of our colleauge has been selected in MD Gynae on the basis of 3 years criteria.
Just get relaxed it's 3 years now 200% confirmed. I will be eligible next year on 3 year basis.

Not only that colleague from PHC Silani (Jhajjar Distt.) I know many doctors who are selected on 3 year basis.
One has taken Diploma eye and he is from CHC Uchana ( Distt. Jind)

Well Sorry Dr.Kapil I am not in touch of fresh batches , U can understand that every person sees the future challanges and after crossing the gates of HCMS ......I am interested in MD and like any other doctor you will find it extremly frustating particularly if you are in central districts. Try to get posting in Northern districts near Chandigarh or Gurgaon/Faridabad......
You didn't tell me about your location .....I could suggest on that basis......
Worst districts are :
Bhiwani ( worst one )
Jhajjar
Rohtak
Mewat ( 2nd worst )
Sonepat
Southern portion of Faridabad

One more advise for you :
