Hi Vishal ! I've left HCMS & now I am in ESI HEALTH CARE which is under Labour deptt. I was selected 5 yrs ago in HCMS. Now they conduct exam also. Latest updates can be known from newbies. I think Kaps69 can help.
Place of posting and working conditions are better than other states but dont compare them with Delhi etc.
Salary shud be 19k.

Are Yaar pareshan ho gaya tha MLR, SKS, PROGRAMMES, REPORTS, DELIVERY HUT. Ismein theek hai. I don't like black money and faltu ki tension. Main to without PG bhi rah jaunga magar HCMS mein nahin jaunga. Waise All rules of HCMS including PG criteria apply in ESI also but my 3 year rural condition is not fulfilled and in ESI there are very less rural posts. I think criteria and rules will be modified sooner or later. By the way I am fed up by working conditions in medical profession and the salaries etc. I have done continuous 5 days 24 hrs duties in Safidon hospital where 6 posts of MO's are lying vacant but they just depute 1 or 2 MO's from anywhere who doesn't have approach and doesn't give BOTTLE to clerks of CMO's office. In Safidon you have to see 200 pts OPD / day + 200 License medicals / week + 8-10 MLRs / day + 5-10 emergencies / day and a room in private ward to sleep if you get the time to do so.
