Robbins emphasises on molecular basis i used it in 2nd yr. For cocepts all will advice 1) Anderson 2) Deodhare-Bhende. Harshmohan is must even if u use Rob. If wanna single name Harshmohan/ Bhende

ROBBIN'S ( Pathological basis f disease ) is a must..
u must read it on a regular basis...
i suggest reading HARSH MOHAN a month or so before exams... u can finish it easily if u have a grip on Robbins .

harshmohan is also a good book..
i also liked Pathology illustrated.

For practicals,practical in Pathology by harsh mohan..

Well, read Robbins, as it will help make solid concepts and it is the most preferred and referred book for all Pre-PG exams...
But at the same time get Harshmohan and read the Haematopoietic Systems, tabulations and Laboratory findings of diseases from it...

Robbins pathologic basis of disease is def an excellent book but pals it take gr8 time n patience to read it no doubt it's sufficiently illustrative and intersting but for exam preparation it is not the correct book harsh mohan is nice for exam point of view
