For those selling stuffs, please take note:

Till now buying or selling books and notes in RxPG forums were strictly prohibited and our moderating team and admins were clamping down on every such post they were coming across. We even provide a seperate classifieds section in the site regarding that. But off late, with the increasing popularity of the forums, it is proving to be a mammoth task for the mods and admins to screen and censor every forum post. There were many such posts which were slipping thorugh the net. Then some of the serious users are also selling their legal stuff on RxPG and mods are a bit reluctant in editing or deleting such posts. As users are showing a distinct preference to use forums instead of a customised classified ads center, we have introduced some changes in our policies. These new policies have been devised with the aim of providing a distinct forum area for buying or selling books and to keep the main forum only for the purpose of discussions and information.
Main Changes:
1. Selling and buying of second hand books, notes and multimedia stuff is now allowed in RxPG forums provided:
a. they are posted only in marketplace forums.
b. the seller owns a marketplace licence (=500 RxPG Credits
or $10).
2. The policy of not allowing buying and selling activity in any other forum except marketplace forums will now be enforced strictly with suspension of account and IP blocking on the first instance itself.
3. Five new marketplace forums are introduced in RxPG for each zone i.e. Australia
, Canada
, USA, India and UK.
4. The marketplace ads will show in appropriate zones with clearly identifiable labels.
[color=darkred]As you can see, we have tried to do justice with regular users of RxPG who want to sell their stuff at some point of time by allowing them to buy the market place licence with their credits. At the same time to discourage pure sellers (who are not interested in discussions), we have introduced a charge of $10 which will go towards development and upgrades of RxPG software and hardware.
As it is a hastily made piece of script and has not been tested extensively before release, some of the users might face some unexpected errors. We request you all to report any such errors to us by using the FEEDBACK
form or as a reply to this thread.
