hi
in china i would suggest for surgery its bettter.as i am a medical student here n soon to graduate i know all medical colleges here.
fee structure depends on which university u wanna join?fee for pg ranges from us$ 2500 to 5000 and more per year.

in china you dont need to appear entrance in most of the universities for self financing education.
so first of all which subject would you like to study?it do matter.
as i have said i wpuld prefer surgery(general).others are also not bad.
i would prefer
CHINA MEDICAL UNIVERSITY
CAPITAL MEDICAL UNIVERSITY
BEIJING MEDICAL UNIVERSITY
SHANGHAI SECOND MEDICAL UNIVERSITY

these universitiesare expensive per year fees is around us[no ads please] 4000-5000 excluding others expenses but if you wanna do bit cheaper you can choose
xian jiathong university
zhengzhou medical university
most people from nepal and india prefer these universities as its cheaper.fee is around us $ 2500-3000 per year excluding other fees
here the education environment depends on you.if you wanna study its nice.you create environment yourself.if you wanna study u can study if u wanna play around u can do it too. so all depends on you.
about language of course it matters.language is a problem you should learn chinese before ur pg or during ur pg.even the pg is in english u need to go in ward n so have a knowledge of chinese too.
rest depends on you

almost all the university has radiology.
zhengzhou university is one among them.
u need to know chinese prior to come here but during ur stay u need chinese to learn
