hypertensive epistaxis posteriorly -Brown's area.
coronary artery of nose-branch of superior labial artery.

what is the artery of epistaxis??

few more points
hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia( osler weber rendu disease) is an autosomal dominant disorder with recurrent epistaxis and diffuse mucocutaneous telangiectasia.negative family history in 20%
possible pulmonary and cerebral AV malformalion must be considered.

treatment include topical moisturizers, iron and folic acid supplimentation and avoidance of anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs. severe cases SEPTODERMOPLASTY or Laser coagulation.
