hi borntowin..
nice config you have there icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif

by the way.. 100 mbps speed shown in your computer connection properties is actually the speed of connection between your computer and the ADSL modem..
MTNL is currently offering night unlimited plans at 256kbps for most users while some users having this plan are getting 2mbps speeds max..

what speeds are you getting in downloads?
if you are at 256kbps u'll get around 25-30 kBps
if you are at 2mbps u'll get around 200kBps

you can test your bandwidth here..

arre yaar old is gold ...
that FX5200 you've got is a very nice card...
gives very good results with normal applications even in very high resolutions..
and its a decent card for gaming too..
you can run most current games on it.. but with your current config.. ram and cpu might be a bottleneck..

so enjoy!!
