According to the AIIMS book-its for 60 days..not 30 days..isnt it there in Parks..?I didnt chek yet..

HIIII,

RESIDUAL PARALYSIS IS DIAGNOSTIC OF POLIMYELITIS.IT IS CHECKED ON DAY 60TH.WHAEN IT IS PRESENT IT IS IN FAVOUR OF POLIOMYELITIS.
ABOVE QUESTION IS TRICKY AS IT DOES NOT SPECIFY TYPE OF PARALYSIS.WHEN A SUSPECTED CASE OF POLIO DEVELOP PROGRESSIVE PARALYSIS ,COMA AND DEATH ,POLIOMYELITIS IS RULED OUT.
SO THE ANSWER IS D.
