fiji is a good place...
there is a large ethnic indian community here, almost half the population is of indian origin.
weather is tropical.
i am not sure about pay, but expetriats get a lot, i think there is a housing allowance too.
people are very friendly, most dioctors from india keep complaining about how things are sooo slow here. it is a bit relaxed,
workload depends onm the department you are in and how many registras are there, there are a lot of india doctors here.they would know more.
besides work, there are great beaches...

Why do u guys talk about Fiji?
Can anybody put the advatages altogether and let us know about how to get there(ie. requirments)
Is English the language spoken over there, and how much doctors are secured to live there...etc...
