best for DNB is amritha....
undoubtedly the best.... far from the rest....
RD ass. prof in jubilee says its much much better compared to an MD in RD if you get a seat in amrita...
jubilee academics not good enough and MRI is owned by pvt people.... so no freedom in that dept. too.......
medical trust seat has been booked upto 2008 i heard....
kims tvm ------ low patient load..... dont know much of RD dept........
elite in tsr has all facilities but it was called for 1 month back....

HMMMM... ISNT THERE DNB RADIO IN JUBILEEE. AND STILL THE asso prof .. say that the course there is bad??? seems defying logic to degrade ones own course!!!Also when u have a large patient load in such a big hospital and u'll get good number and variety of patients.. I was having a totally different opinion.. Anyways.!!

If sree chitra does have a DNB radio.. that's the place that u would want to be..

DNB final exam is difficult to crack..as they are not conducted by the institute but a acentral body.. just like we write the entrances now...

the if u r trained in an institute where u get good patient exposure and good training. meaning good teachers with teachers experience.. that will surpass all the rest.. cos rememeber that the course is only 3 years.. whether u pass or not.. when ur 3 year tenure is complete, you are out..
so if u have attended a place where u get training along with MD candidates or teachers with good teaching experience.. you have a highere chance of passing the finals... '' 3 Years is ample time to learn any subject for practical purposes.. and that u will .. but passing the final part is a tottally different issue for fresher MBBS people..
TOUGH BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE!!

Any upgradation of equipments like PET training , Interventional training all are available as small less than a year courses occuring all over the coutry,, so best is try to get in and out fast .. and get into the mainstream.. and survive !!
Getting in is only half the work.. but still important..
So choose carefully!!!
all the best!!

clearing DNB in medical specialities is surely easier than clearing it for surgical specialities....
the pass percentages clearly indicates such a trend....
