And sandy, one more question, Did you give any letter in the DMO office telling them that you wont be able to join the rural service? Yesterday I got a notice from the DMO office to join within two days or they will take action! Please advice me

i just gave a request to the dmo and mo of my allotted PHC along with the college admit card and allotment letter (attested copy...) to exempt me from service
he said he ll direct the request to dhs and inform me about the bond asap.So far no action has been taken against me..
i think its enough to inform the DMO about ur admission and give a request addresed to the DHS through the DMO.That will delay the bond process and maybe u can escape the bond.And dont speak a word about the bond inthe request. request him to exempt you from service and do the needful.
dont forget to quote the order no of ur posting order!
