HI, I'm in India only. Regarding UK I know that if u have MRCPath there is always a chance. Would u pl send me the books to be studied for MRCPath part1 med micro?

Hi Adwitia,

I read Medical Microbiology by Greenwood for the exams. Also, it is a very prctical oriented exam where ur basics must be solid. Do look into the important infectious diseases that have been reported from UK recently and prepare them. vaccination for diseases which we do not care to read here in India are important to them, so please read them.

another favorite topic is sterilisation and disinfection, go thru their current guidlines for the same from their department of health website.
