OMG! This line has made me shiver.. "Excludes "graduate medical education and training" from eligible specialty occupations under the H-1B visa"

If this happens H1B visa cap would start applying to residency applicants! icon_sad.gif icon_sad.gif

In simple words it means, it would become impossible for us to get an H1B visa for a residency.
