Dear team,
Kindly make the interview more case specific i.e modify the questions as per the person. For eg:there were many areas where Aditya didn't answer like his time-table.Here he felt he had messed up.However he has stood 3rd.This means that the time table wasnt all that skewed.Try to extract more info on the exact method of reading books rather than only their names.
Also kindly eliminate certain Qs where answers were a bit disappointing-as in the part where he left his paper in Delhi and he could not calculate.Grill him further.Every sincere student would have a fair idea of his performance after an exam.Aditya is being modest.Get him to talk more on his strategy for each exam.
It is obvious that his major study effort was for AIPGE and AIIMS was just a by-product.So the questions should be modified now. They must encompass both AIPGE and AIIMS .eg:What was the study done for AIPGE ?What additional bit of study was done after the AI exam uptill AIIMS ?This could be important.

As for the interview being informal-I totally agree. It is looking more like a news-paper interview.I thing the heart is missing.
Try to make the format more interactive.Like you could hold a conference on [snip] messenger as well with the person .This way you can find out some angles which a one-way talk missed.

As for RXpgians who take interviews-guys,show some flair. And that goes for me too.I am not too happy with my interview of Rushi. Will try to definitely improve it next time.

regards
superashdoc

Well,Not much substance in the interview.Aditya has been much more open in his own thread regarding preparation.
I think its better to refer to his AIIMS thread for guidance.

----superashdoc...

Hi, may I know where exactly in AIIMS thread for guidance...I am not been able to trace it,please give me a link to that.

3 things should be noted.
coaching wont help much , u ve to study by urself.....

2... everyone ask when should i start study... even 2-3 months of sincere prepration can bring a good results....

3... what u ve done during ur ug days is gonna count lot.... the more u ve studied during MBBS , the less time u need fr prepration,.......
