well Germany is a nice country bun like skeerzeereez said: Germany has the least paid doctors in western Europe...
I was in his situation but in France, worked 3 years and after all I got nothing: bad studies, bad salary and frenchy ppl always asked me - when I will leave the country...lot of racism and xenophobia..
I have a friend in north of France, his surgeon with a salary 2000 euros/month ...
in north America nurses have a better salary icon_smile.gif
In Canada nobody asked me - where am I coming from...what kind of accent...and the color of skin... u just mind your business and that's it icon_smile.gif
