Well we are not sure about the above choices, but a quick search in jounals gave us this

| ET-1 is a 21-amino acid vasoactive peptide originally isolated from endothelial cell-conditioned medium (31). It induces constriction of vascular smooth muscle cells and is the most potent vasopressor known. |

Angiotensin II is the most potent natural vasopressor made by the body. It raises blood pressure by two actions. First, it constricts blood vessels, narrowing their diameter and raising their resistance. And second, it triggers the release of a steroid hormone called aldosterone, which induces the kidney to retain salt and water, thereby over-filling the circulatory system. In 1958, the Lasker Award in Basic Research was given to Irvine Page of the Cleveland Clinic for his pioneering research in delineating the renin-angiotensin system.

Aldosterone has no direct action on the vessels and acts by preserving sodium in the collecting ducts,Renin is a vasopressor only through angiotensin 2,and corticosteroids are weak vasopressors so the answer is at2
